Products purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please follow these instructions to return your purchase and your credit card will be refunded as soon as we have received and processed your return. Note that all original accessories (with the exception of permanent and temporary mounts) must be included in the return and any missing pieces will be deducted from refund.

  1. Prior to sending anything to UCLEAR Digital, please contact our Customer Support Team. Our highly skilled representatives are available during normal business hours and will work with you to resolve any technical issues that may be preventing your unit from properly functioning.

  2. If our team is unable to troubleshoot the issue, or if you are still unsatisfied, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number using our technical support form. Items must be received by UCLEAR within 15 days of issuing the RMA.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely and include a copy of the RMA request form with your return.

  4. Address the box to UCLEAR and clearly mark the RMA number somewhere on the outside of the package. Ship using any method you choose, but please do not hand deliver.

Note that items damaged for reasons not covered by our warranty will not be accepted under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsure if you qualify, please contact our support team at any time.
